Joseph Bobrow Background

Joseph Bobrow Roshi is a Zen master and founder and director of Deep Streams Zen Institute. A Dharma successor of Robert Aitken Roshi in the Diamond Sangha tradition of Zen, he also studied with Yamada Koun Roshi of the Sanbo Kyodan with headquarters in Kamakura, Japan. In the early 1980's he lived and studied with Thich Nhat Hanh in Plum Village, where he co-translated his Guide to Walking Meditation.
