Children of Iraq: An Interfaith Benefit
The Presidio of San Francisco
An interfaith benefit raised awareness of the Organization for the Children of Iraq (OCOI) and its mission to support humanitarian relief efforts in post-war Iraq. OCOI collected thousands of school and medical kits which were distributed to children in need in in Iraq. August 31, 2003
Peace Vigil
Deep Streams collaborated with Quakers, Buddhists, Christians, Jews, Sikkhs, Hindus, Muslims and others to organize and sustain a weekly interfaith peace vigil outside the Federal Building before, during and after the Iraq war.

This gathering provided an opportunity for the psychotherapist community to come together and collectively reflect on the war in Iraq and the effects of war on us as therapists and individuals. Included poetry, music, meditation and a brief talk. May 4, 2003
